Welcome to Shooting Stars!

Here you will find important information and resources to support your child’s learning.
I look forward to working with you throughout your child’s Nursery journey. If you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to chat to me at the Nursery door or alternatively you can telephone the school office and arrange an appointment.

Spare clothes:

Every child must have a bag of spare clothes with them every day. This bag must include: a top, trousers, underwear and a pair of socks. We will always try and find spare clothes for your child if they become wet, we may have to contact you to bring some in if your child does not have any.

Homework is given out on Friday and must be back by Wednesday.

• Sing and chant familiar songs and rhymes.
• Understand similar instructions, for example: ‘Line up at the door.’
• Use actions to show understanding of similar instructions: tap your head; jump on one foot.
• Learn new vocabulary and use them to communicate their needs.
